It is absolutely essential that your refrigeration unit is maintained on a regular basis in order to prevent any type of component failure that may result in emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases and in this case Essential Air is able to offer you a maintenance agreement These regular checks undertaken by our engineers under the maintenance agreement will include:

• Replacement of filters when necessary
• Check all the components in the unit
• Condenser cleaning (essential for the maintenance of refrigeration)
• Check the contactors
• Check refrigerant charge

Check Electrical Connections.

During the service to your refrigeration unit we will alert you of any serious maintenance work that may need to take place and to schedule this into a suitable time to minimise the impact on your business.
