Thus, we can offer businesses a total solution that can meet all their air conditioning and commercial refrigeration requirements. The service wrap includes a one stop shop for all installation and repair. An ongoing total solutions maintenance contract will provide you with peace of mind if refrigeration and air conditioning is business critical.

Under the agreement regular checks will ensure that your units are always working at their optimum level. We encourage our customers to consider a maintenance agreement in order to anticipate potential breakdowns before they occur. Maintenance is also advisable to protect against any hygiene risks that may occur.

Whilst many companies will simply replace the filters, at Essential Air we conduct a thorough inspection of all components. It is vital that the condenser is cleaned to ensure that the unit is kept as hygienic as possible and to prevent component breakdown.

New installations are offered a 3 or a 5 year maintenance agreement.
